Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item please return within 10 days from the date that
you receive your order and in its original condition. We will not accept
returns if the jewelry has been altered by polishing or resizing in anyway, or
worn except to try it on. We strongly suggest you purchase insurance equal to
or greater than the purchase price of the item. The buyer is responsible for
shipping costs to return the item. DO NOT SHIP in an envelope or padded bubble
lined envelope as the jewelry could be destroyed during shipment. Plus the
postal service will void the insurance coverage due to insufficient packing.
Please use a sturdy box along with bubble wrap or suitable packing material to
return items. Upon our receipt of the item and after inspection, your money
will be refunded, minus the shipping costs of the original purchase. If we are
running a special, such as "Free Shipping", then the refund will be
the less our actual shipping cost.
